I have a requirement for a client of mine (A 135mUSD IT Product Development Company) looking for a Marketing Manager with atleast 3+ years in a Management role having experience in
- Working within varied Marketing functions including Website, graphic design and Inside Sales Operations
- Work closely with Webmaster and the Corporate Marketing team to drive lead generation through the Website and integrate marketing programs and campaigns
- Contribute to the strategic and tactical lead generation initiatives
- Manage Website content, usability and effectiveness as a sales tool
- Maintain and manage brand consistency and image through all medium
- Create marketing plans and assist in strategic planning
- Own Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing
- Provide editing and copy writing assistance as needed for Website, collateral and other marketing documents
- Knowledge in online and print production

I have a requirement for a client of mine (A 135mUSD IT Product Development Company) looking for a Sales Manager with atleast 7 years of software selling experience in Indian Market with the following responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the assigned quota for sales of companies products and services
- Provide accurate forecasts, with consistent monitoring of sales pipeline
- Develop and manage an indirect sales channel to sell companies solutions across multiple industries and regions
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Must have demonstrated track record of consistent achievement of sales targets in Indian market
- A Self starter, willing to generate significant business activity with limited support
- Skilled in successfully presenting new technologies at high levels within organizations & large groups
- Pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- At least 7 years of experience selling Software and Services in Indian market
