I have an opening with my client (a Automobile MNC Major into Passenger Car Manufacturing)at Chennai for a position of Asst Manager Compensation & Benefits with the following expertise:

- To be in charge of compensation and benefit scheme (including insurance schemes by law as well as by company’s discretion, PIT), monthly payroll and bonus computation for all employees.
- Participate to implement compensation and benefit restructuring projects and survey at company.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in handling Compensation & benefits Management
- Framing the policies
- Salary Fitment and restructuring on timely basis
- Compensation benchmarking Study

MBA with 6 to 8 years experience and should be strictly from a Automobile Industry (Auto Ancillary-please excuse)
