My Client, a Real Estate Development company into Luxury Residential Apartments with ongoing 6 projects in Hyderabad and 3 in Vizag is looking for

1) VP Projects @ Hyderabad and GM Projects @ Vizag

- Looking at a person with Overall experience in project management, control & Contract administration functions

- Excellent command for all technical & administrative correspondence inter facing with clients consultants, contractors and govt agencies approvals, Co-coordinating right from concept design to design development.

- High level exposure to planning/scheduling activities/monitoring deviations of projects designing/construction up to handing over stage.

- Coordination & documentation checking Architectural, structural, interior design and Electro mechanical works.

- Oversee and update construction related budgets, schedules & cash flow of the projects.

- Project management strategies pertaining to the interior design activities.

- A Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) person with exp. of 15 - 25 years in overall project management functions will be a right fit.

One of my client, a trading company and market leader in FMCG segment with presence since longer time is looking for a Purchase incharge for Rice to be based in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh with the following experience:

- responsible for Rice shipments from India to various locations

- adherence to quality, and make sure of 100% shipment schedules are met

- strong relations with millers near-by and source the rice at competitive price

- track of industry dyanamics and competitor strategies

- build relation with suppliers for exclusivity, capacity and investment, geographical focus and marginal costing

- understanding of logistics function with good hold at the ports in kakinada & Vizag

- Person with 3 - 6 years of exp. in sourcing of Rice will be the best fit
