Our Client, a world's leading provider of innovative WiMAX and wireless broadband network solutions is looking for a Country Head Market Development to be based in Delhi. We are looking for a person BE & MBA with 10 + years of experience in telecom/ wireless industry.
- leading the corporate market development efforts in developing strategies and tactics for expanding presence in service provider networks in India.
- responsible for anticipating customer and industry trends, and identifying / driving customer (OEM, integrators, local manufacturing and service providers), industry and company relationships

Sr. Positions @ Delhi in Hydel Power Projects...
Hi,
I have some senior positions with one of my client into Hydel Power Plants to based at Delhi (Corporate Office).
i) COO (Chief Operations Officer) - Person with 20 + years of experience in handling Hydel Power Projects
- Responsible for strategic planning and formulation of short term and long term business plans
- Experience in developing of Green field Power Plants from Conception of the Project, Initial design, Tendering, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, Trouble-shooting, Performance Guarantee Tests and Operation and Maintenance
- Compliance with statutory requirements and necessary Corporate Governance procedures
- Preparation of Feasibility Report, Selection of site for the project, Preparation of Technical Specifications, Discussions with Consultants, and Selection of EPC Contractors
- Installation and commissioning of various equipment as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plants
- Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency
ii) Company Secretary (CS) - Person with 15 yrs of experience in handling secretarial issues
- handling Joint Ventures/ Amalgamations/ Takeover of companies and possess extensive knowledge of legal procedures and compliances and organizing due diligence of company for policy decisions
- handling public issue of shares and completely conversant with various legal aspects and matters
- knowledge of statutory compliance as per regulations of SEBI, Stock Exchange Listing Agreements, NSDL/CDSL formalities, ROC matters FEMA, RBI, PF, Company Law and related Acts
- Drafting of various agreements and conducting Board and General Meetings and drafting minutes thereof.
iii) General Manager Accounts - CA with 12 - 15 yrs of experience
- Screening the financial performance/ MIS reports for the purpose of strategic decision making pertaining to fund management, profitability, cost control, budget variances etc.
- working capital requirements
- preparation of consolidated year-ending statements as per the statutory requirements
- devising need-based budgets for accomplishment of short-term and long-term objectives
- periodical MIS reports to assess the financial state of affairs of the organization
- Supervising the timely filing of direct and indirect tax
iv) General Manager Planning - A person with 12 - 15 yrs of experience in Hydel Power Projects in the following areas:
- Planning, Administration and execution of Power plants
- conceptualization of setting up the power plant and associated facilities
- detailed Project Report
- techno –commercial evaluation
- design parameters of all technical components and packages, finalizing the scope of vendor, techno – commercial evaluation, discussions, negotiations and finalization
v) General Manager Technical - A person with 12 - 15 yrs of experience in Hydel Power Projects in the following areas:
- planning, maintaining and monitoring of Hydel Power plants
- planning/Coordination, Construction/ O & M, Renovation and Modernization of Power Stations
- project planning, scheduling & proficiency in structuring budget and steering project activities
- implementing planned, preventive and predictive maintenance practices to ensure maximum availability of machines for overall operational economy
- Procurement of equipments
- Maintaining Drawing records
