OE Manager

- Lead preparation for the Operational Excellence diagnostic.
- Establish working relationship with General Manager and Site Leadership
- Develop Site Orientation
- Communicate regularly with diagnostic team
- Coach work stream team leads and teams
- Participate on the Maturity Assessment
- Engineering graduate/MBA with Six sigma black belt certified.
- Project experience in six sigma

Maintenance Executive

- Handling of shift operations
- Knowledge in Trouble Shooting of Switch gear / Automation / DG sets / AC Frequency Drives
- Equipment Down time tracking / Preventive Maintenance and condition monitoring of equipment / Documentation of Maintenance works
- BE Electrical or Diploma with 1-4 years of experience preferred

Production Executive

- Responsible for all production & maintenance activities during the shift
- Delivering production as per the production plan
- Responsible for selection, coaching, feedback and development of shift personnel
- Safety of personnel, facilities & equipment
- Adherence to the local laws, especially labors laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations, etc during the shift
- Responsible to carryout breakdown maintenance for all equipment within shortest possible time during the shift
- Direct responsibility to implement the safety systems in the plant area
- A Science Graduate or an Engineer or a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years in production or maintenance function is preferred.

Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive

- To monitor brand / pack availability at the outlets
- Ensure timely stock delivery to the market.
- Clearing account receivables from the distributors.
- Coordinating with the finance, shipping and production department.
- Responsible for achieving daily / weekly / monthly / targets.
- Primary and secondary sales planning
- Promoting newly launched products in the market.
- Opening new outlets.
- Placing and creating awareness for the newly launched products in the market.
- Responsible for handling any CRC issues if any
- Responsible for acquiring competitor’s outlets.
- Finding new channels for CSD business.
- Responsible for communicating and carrying out trade promotional activities during peak as well as lean seasons.
- Any graduate with more than 2 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG.
