A client of mine (an MNC into Telecom Wireless) is looking for a Director Sales to be based at Delhi. Please find below about the role we are looking:
- The primary focus of the job is to figure out the companies long term business approach to Indian market which includes creating and closing partnerships, channel partners, services partners, software development companies, etc.
- Develop strategies and tactics to align with and penetrate new market segments in India.
- Identify key relevant industry associations /events
- Maintain relationships with the industry stakeholders including regulators, customers, vendors, system integrators, etc.
- Work closely with sales to grow strategic accounts.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and vision with respect to the market and business opportunities for the company in India.
- Serve as the company's primary source of knowledge and analysis for information related to technology trends, competition, market sizing, etc.
Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of the Telecommunications and Wireless industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wireless technologies such as CDMA, GSM, WiMAX.

Sales/Service Manager India for a Oil Company...
Hi,
One of my client (Is a leading provider of solutions in the energy sector) is looking for a Sales/ Service Manager to based at either Vishakapatnam/ Bangalore/ Mumbai with the following experience:
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing the distribution network in India.
- Establishing a distribution network throughout India in strategic locations
- Identify potential distributors
- Train and travel with distributor management and distributor sales personnel
- Properly manage and motivate the Distributors, Major Oil companies and companies personnel that work in tandem with this position
- Thoroughly familiar with all aspects of companies technical service programs
- Work closely with technical service representatives and be able to perform said duties, inspections, and reporting, if need be
Desired Profile:
- A person with BE/ B.Tech with 10 plus years of managerial experience in an industrial sales and marketing organization will be considered
- Should have minimum 5 years sales experience in the mining, power, cement or related field.
