Equity Research Analyst @ Hyderabad

Hi,

One of my client (a big name in the energy sector) is looking for a Equity Research Analyst with experience of 3 - 4 years to be based at Hyderabad. Please find below some of the pointers we are looking at:

- Tracking Indian Equity market

- Developing sophisticated stock valuation spreadsheet models, discounted cash flow analysis (DCF), forecasting future earnings etc.

- Valuation report includes business as well as industry description, revenue breakdown, key financial data and valuation multiples, debt profile of the company with description of additional debt or equity requirement, management profile, financial data and valuation multiples of comparable companies.

- Analyze the selected industry for demand & supply, key success factors, trends, top industry players

- Publishing equity research report stating the rationale for buying/selling of the securities

- Writing occasional report on any changes in the key economic factors

- Looking at a person with Overall experience in project management, control & Contract administration functions

- Excellent command for all technical & administrative correspondence inter facing with clients consultants, contractors and govt agencies approvals, Co-coordinating right from concept design to design development.

- High level exposure to planning/scheduling activities/monitoring deviations of projects designing/construction up to handing over stage.

- Coordination & documentation checking Architectural, structural, interior design and Electro mechanical works.

- Oversee and update construction related budgets, schedules & cash flow of the projects.

- Project management strategies pertaining to the interior design activities.

- A Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) person with exp. of 15 - 25 years in overall project management functions will be a right fit.
