Job Profile:
- Overseeing the complete profit centre operations, while sustaining profitable operations and achieving periodic targets
- Identifying key institutional/ corporate clients for securing profitably business and meeting the assigned revenue targets
- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement
- Arrange trainers both locally ( in Bahrain) and from overseas and execute the training assignment either onsite or at neutral locations

3) Manager Finance

Job Profile:
- BCom / M com with MBA (Finance) having 7 to 10yrs experience in similar job profile especially in construction / hospitality industry
- All Accounting & Financial Functions including Costing, Export Invoicing, Central
- Excise & Customs, Service Tax, VA Tax, CST, MIS
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts
- Cost Analysis, Budgeting, Estimation and Payment of FBT
- Claiming Exemptions for Customs Compliance to Import of Goods to the company
4) Manager Interior Design
(Our Client is Consortium Company constructing a Five Star Hotel in Vizag)
Job Profile:
- Bachelor in Architecture with 7-10 yrs experience especially worked on interiors design of Hotel / Resort projects
- Hands on experience in execution of ID works
- Interaction with clients and contractors at various stages of project with consultants
- Site co-ordination with various contractors viz., Interiors, Electrical, HVAC, Quality control and quality assurance
- Preparation of BOQs, Estimates and tender specifications
