I am on the lookout for some great talent!!One of our clients..a very highly visible global leader is setting up a KPO in Hyderabad-and we are looking for a dynamic HR person-to drivethe same.The ideal person would be

- an MBA with about 9-10yrs exp- with the last2-3 yrs exposure to a growing IT/ITES firm -and familiar with all thedynamics of 'recruitment to retention' of knowledge workers.

- The role would initially involve setting up, single handedly, theprocesses to hire about 200 professionals in the next 2 yrs, handle the HR operations, and align the culture in line with the globalpractices.

Senior Positions with Thermal Power Plants Company @ Hyderabad

Our Client is into energy sector (delivering services to a portfolio of thermal (both coal and gas) and hydro power plants with complete solutions taking the total responsibility for project execution providing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services is looking for Senior Design people in the following areas:

1) Sr. GM/ DGM HVAC - A Mechanical Engineer with 12 - 15 years of experience in designing of HVAC in Power plants is required. Experience in Concept design and engineering of HVAC systems which include plant configuration, pump selection, air handling units. prepartion and review of design intent from the approval, preparing the BOQ, cost proposal, value engineering suggestions and coordinating with other services like plumbing, fire protection, electrical and civil services.

2) GM Mechanical - A Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in design of thermal power plants. preparing the heat load estimations, duct sizing, equipment selection, handling vendors according to the design and holding the technical meetings. Should be familiar with computer skills like MS Office and related project programs.

3) Manager/ Sr. Manager Electrical - An Electrical Engineer with 7 - 10 years of experience indesign and preparation of electrical drawings like SLD, Schematic Diagram, cable & earthing layouts. calculation of electrical items, designing, tendering and estimation costings. design and manufacture power factor panels, UPS etc... CAD experience is highly desirable.

4) Sr. GM/ DGM Piping & Stress Analysis - An Engineer with 15 years of experience in designing of composite piping layout for thermal power plants. Should be exposed to preparing and checking isometric drawings, piping fabrication drawings, stress analysis and hanger engineering, vendor drawing review and cost estimation.

5) Sr. Manager/ DGM Civil - A Civil Engineer with 12 years of experience in civil project management of power generation plant. responsible for detailed analysis and design, site coordination, design structural steel and concrete foundations. should be familiar with Auto CAD and STAAD.

6) Sr. GM/ DGM Ash Handling system - A Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, procurement and construction of Ash Handling system. will keep close involvement in system designing, plant engineering and project covering system layout in line. ensure technical support to management on procurement, progress monitoring, risk control and quality management.

7) Sr. GM/ DGM Fire protection system - A Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in detail designing of fire protection system. Familiar with fire water system, spray systems, sprinklers, fire detection and alarm systems. should exposed to tender and technical specifications for fire protection vendors.

8) Sr. GM/ DGM Water Treatment Plant - A Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in structural analysis and designing of water treatment plants in power industry. should be familiar with designing of foundations for different structures and equipments, designing of intakes, storage, tunnels, watertanks, sewage plants. looking after project cost estimation and evaluation.

1) Sr. Manager Real Estate (With 15 yrs of exp.) - Responsible for identifying various plots/ lands which are suitable for the business model. Organising meetings and negotiations with the owners in the process of buy-in and liasioning with government bodies in getting the necessary permissions with looking after the legal aspects. Reporting to the Director with looking after the overall expansion plans of the company all over India.

2) Sr. Manager Beverages, Wines & Spirits (with 12 Yrs of exp.) - Responsible for overall development of buying and merchandising activities. developing new suppliers, maintaining good relationship with existing ones, reviewing the brand/ supplier performance, plan and execute the promotional activities in line with the group activities and should be good at MARGINS, PRICING and SUPPLY CHAIN ACTIVITIES in the beverages sector.

3) Sr. Manager Legal (LLB with 12 yrs of exp.) - responsible for managing all the legal issues pertaining to the company. preparing, negotiating and reviewing the leagl documents of commercial relationship, scrutiny and verification of purchase/ acquisition documents, drafting property deeds, appointing and coordinating with legal counsels, represent the company in briefings, looking after statutories and assist in secretarial works.
