Head Training & Development

Hi,

One of my client into retailing (a fast growing company in south india) is looking for a Head (Manager Level) for Training & Management to be based at Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore with the following expertise:

- look after all matters pertaining to Training & Development of employees at all levels

- identifying right vendors for training of all employee segments in a retail setup

- identifying training needs and Co-ordinate training programs

- determining and institutionalizing measurement of Training effectiveness thereby identifying the venues based on budgeted costs.

- exposure to Retail, FMCG or growth sectors like Telecom, ITES where they had demonstrated abilities in Training & Development

- PG in HR or equivalent or people in Marketing & Operations who have good exposure to Training with 0 – 7 years experience will be the best fit
