Job Role:
- Sourcing the resumes from Job Portals, Networking, and Head Hunting etc
- Co-ordinate with Candidates and Clients
- End to End Services (Sourcing, Screening, Validating, Interview Process, Joining Formalities and Payment Collection)
Experience and Qualification:
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with minimum 6 Months to 2 years of experience in Sales/ Non-IT Recruitment/ IT Recruitment
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Target Oriented
- Basic Computer Skills like MS Office/ Internet
- Relationship Management
