Our Client having huge landbank in Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam with 8 ongoing projects into Luxury Apartments is looking for a Sr. Manager or a DGM HR to be based at Hyderabad with the following experience:
- 12 years of experience in handling HR functions (Set-up experience will be advantage)
- formulating policies, strategies and plans focussing on alignment of HR Plans with core business
- talent acquisition (Manpower planning, recruitment, selection)
- performance appraisal exercises and administartion of performance linked policies
- compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI etc..
- implementing staff welfare policies
