I have an opening for Compensation & benefits Manager with one of our Retailing client in bangalore. They are looking for a person with 5 - 10 years with following expertise:
- Payroll Processing
- Statutory Compliances – Rules and regulations
- Managing exempted and unexempted PF and Gratuity trusts
- Salary – Income tax and related query management
- Handling and Addressing Queries related to salary payments
- Should be familiar with SAP HR and SAP FICO
