This position is for a well known Indian construction company looking for a City Head (PC Head) for Hyderabad for their Retail Division.
Our Client is looking for a person with
- good knowledge about the real estate market in Hyderabad and near by surrounding areas.
- good exposure in making strategic decisions.
- experience from project feasibility study, liasioning, project management and business development.
- localite with good local market knowledge.
- a civil engineer preferably with MBA having atleast 15 years of experience.
