One of my client, which is a Joint Venture Company setting up a star Hotel and Luxury Apartments at Hyderabad is looking for Sr. General Manager Projects with the following expertise:
- a BE/ BTech civil with minimum 20 years of experience
- handled large projects in construction of Hotels/ Resorts
- overall project management, control and contract management
- command over technical and administrative correspondense
- Liasoning with consulatants, govt. agencies, architects, inetrior designers, electro-mechanical contractors etc.
- exposure towards planning, scheduling and monitoring deviations of project designing
- involve in setting strategy for financial & construction of the project, cost controlling and budgeting
