One of my client, a US MNC into Manufacturing is looking for a HR Generalist for their set-up at bangalore with the following expertise:
- MBA/ MSW with 7 - 10 years in a manufacturing set-up
- exposure to Performance Management, Training & Development, Competency Mapping, Appraisals etc.
- handled regular statutory compliances and routine administrative functions
- good working knowledge of computers with capability to work efficiently under stress
- knack of persuation to get things done
