One of my client into retailing is looking for a Manager Operations to be based at Hyderabad with the following expertise:
- growing the business unit revenue and profitability by identifying opportunities with the customer
- identifying and developing expert personnel for the Business Unit
- directing the overall activities of retail operations of the store
- evaluating proposed strategies and make recommendations for increased savings and cost reductions
- analyzing, planning and coordinating all sale programs; manage and coordinate special events and visual presentations in terms of advertising, layout, and merchandising
- preparing annual budget of anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories
- recommending the procurement of products and facilities instrumental to the performance of operations
- people from Retail, FMCG, FMCD, Frozen experience are welcome
