Head Litigations for a Power Company @ Hyderabad...

I am looking for a Legal person with experience in Litigations to be based at Hyderabad for a Power Company and is looking at handling

- Litigation Management
- arbitration/adjudication of all legal matters
- Rafting and vetting of agreements, sales deeds, JV’s, SHE, JDA etc
- legal aspects of all corporate acquisition and investment activities
- awareness of new compliance regulations and advises management on its impact to the organization and current practices
- risk management of the company’s intellectual property portfolio
- Should have minimum of 15 years experience in Legal issues pertaining to Litigations
