I have an opening for one of my client (into EPC Business) is looking for a AGM Mergers and Acquisition professional with following expertise to be based in Hyderabad:
- Evaluation, negotiations, valuations, monitoring, closure and integration of M&A opportunities
- Support in strategizing and integrating the acquired entities
- Assist in drafting of all transaction and contract related documents from a legal perspective and ensure that the associated risks for the company are reduced
- Providing legal inputs and risk analysis for the new acquisitions
- Managing complete procedural formalities pertaining to Mergers & Acquisitions, and various other restructuring initiatives
