An Automobile client of mine @ Chennai is looking for a person to handle the Finance Department having different roles.
1) Deputy Manager/ Manager Internal Audit:
Should have experience in
- Develop and execute Master Audit Plan and Schedule
- Develop the process and procedures for the audit function
- Develop and implement comprehensive audit program, time schedule, audit procedures, workpaper documentation technique
- Report major issues immediately to and provide quarterly review of audit results with the Sr Exec Mgnt team
- Support ISO9001 certification
- Compliance with Japanese SOX requirements
CA with 10 years of audit (operational and IT) experience in a manufacturing company
2) Deputy Manager/ Manager Shared Services:
- Responsible for the overall management of a shared service organization of Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
- Manage the functions that will process the receivables, payables and account for Fixed Assets
- Implementation of sound documented process and internal controls
- Manage high volumes of transactions in Account Receivable and Account Payable areas with key focus on accuracy and timeliness
