My Client (into Healthcare at Hyderabad) is looking for a Head Sales Force Effectiveness having minimum 10 years of exp. with MBA/ Post Graduate in Pharmacy/ Science. Should have exposure to

- Lead Sales Force Effectiveness & Speaker Management teams
- Manage the deliverables
- Quality control process
- Customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Handle the work flow process, people management and partnership with local support functions.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness/Analytics
with a leading Pharma company/service provider
- Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence in
Sales Force Effectiveness field
- Understanding complexity of working in an off-shored
environment with 2+ years of international exposure
- Familiarity with process set-up, quality KPIs and
operational issues / management
