One of my associate is looking for a HR Generalist for his client in Pune (an IT Software company). This position needs to get filled with a person having experience of about 4 - 8 years in generalist activities.
- Will be assigned to 1 or 2 Business Units
- Handle the end-to-end HR function
- work closely with the BU head on day to day activities
- Should be an MBA/ PGDM from a premium institute like IIM/ XLRI/ TISS etc...
