One of my client (a Turbine Manufacturing Company)is looking for a COO to be based in Hyderabad by establish an optimum organization which is motivated, committed in the planning and achievement of objectives. Some of the key objectives required are:
- Formulating need-based plans /strategies in coordination with the top management.
- Responsible for the achievement of projected sales revenue/production targets yearly/monthly top and bottom line
- Understanding of manufacturing processes/systems for optimal utilization of the given resources
- Analyzing Business process ,conducting bench marking study and using various business tools for maximizing profitability and revenue generation
- Preparing various reports to provide feedback to senior management on business operations and assist in their decision making process.
- Acting as an agent of change and reworking business models to achieve organizational and growth objectives: spearheading turnaround management and BPR initiatives.
- Familiar with new Business development ,relationship management and corporate communication
- Should be able to coordinate, conceive and draw up of annual production plans, marketing plans in line with company objectives and markets.
- Managing the tendering process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts, coordinating with external agencies with regard to techno commercial negotiations ,bills, variation proposals claims
