Sr. Manager/ DGM R&M for a Turbine Manufacturing @ Hyderabad...

Hi,

I am looking for a Sr. Manager/ DGM Refurbishment & Modernization for a client of mine (a Turbine Manufacturing company) at Hyderabad who has experience in

- Operations and Maintenance related to Reliability Run.
- Should have knowledge in disassembly and rebuilt of Mech. drive Steam Turbines of different capacities.
- Able to do vibration analysis.
- Overhauling inspection and testing and vibration analysis & balancing.
- Knowledge of overhaul, Inspection and electrical testing of Generator. And RLA Inspection & Electrical testing and Trim balance of field, Rebucketing and slow speed Balance
- Maintenance work of Bearing Inspection, Alignment check and Balancing.
- Technical supervision and job planning, job supervision and job planning.
- Should do Daily O&M work, O&M recommendations, preparation of job scope for periodic maintenance, job planning etc..
- Should do customer liaisons, vendor management and control, Inspection schedule finalization with customer report and protocol preparation, Sub contractor management and control.
- A B.Tech/ BE Mechanical with 10 - 20 years of experience
