I have an opening for one of my client (into Hospitality) is looking for a senior person in Human Resources function at Hyderabad with about 15 - 20 years in Strategic HR with the following experience:
Handling tactical activities like recruitment, routing (tactical) training, payroll, staff welfare activities.

Identify strengths/weaknesses, appropriate future positions, developmental needs, identify and implement training/development process
Performance Management process
Performance measurement and linked incentives and development
Leadership development
Identify leadership requirement, Identify internal candidates for positions and develop them, where requires source external talent
